Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – SHOETUFF.PK

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the required item.

Customers are our priority and we value your trust. Used pairs can only be repaired free of cost within 6 months. After that, service charges will apply.

We do not offer exchanges on clearance sale items (60% or 70% discount).


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged where applicable.

Please note, it may take up to 14 days for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.


NOTE

The decision of Shoetuff.pk will be considered final in all cases.
